What kinds of cigars do you send?
Our featured cigars are all premium, hand-rolled cigars rolled with long filler tobaccos and produced in the world's finest tobacco-producing countries, such as Honduras, the Dominican Republic, and Ecuador. Many of our featured selections are crafted by limited production, boutique manufacturers, such as Cupido, Perdomo Reserve, and Tony Borhani's Bahia line. Some are classics that are difficult to acquire, like a Vintage 1993 Macanudo, and all of them have been highly rated by our professional panel of tobacconists. How are the cigars selected?
Our featured cigars are based on feedback from a panel of industry tobaccanists who review and rate several samples of each candidate cigar. They look for consistency in quality, construction, flavor, freshness, and aroma. Each cigar is evaluated on how well it draws and burns, whether or not it produces adequate smoke volume, how the tobacco blend tastes, and whether the aroma is enjoyable. When the members of our panel discover a smoke that is highly rated, they suggest possible alcohol pairings that we pass along in our monthly newsletter.

What is the newsletter all about?
Each i-gifts™ shipment is accompanied by a detailed newsletter focused on informing recipients about each featured cigar. Absolutely. We offer several solutions. Custom gift announcements may be generated and either emailed on a pre specified date or printed from this web site. Printed Gift Announcements can then be mailed by us to your gift recipient before the first shipment arrives, or we can send them directly to you if you prefer to deliver them personally yourself.
