April Shipment

As the weather turns warmer and the last of winter fades, we take you on a trip to the tropics, offering an exotic combination of Costa Rican and Hawaiian Tropicals. These hardy and magnificent specimens of nature will surely give your home the same touch of refined elegance that you'd expect to find in front lobby of the Ritz Carlton!

Hawaiian Red Ginger and Birds of Paradise, paired with Costa Rican Parakeet Haliconia take the center stage. The showy, oddly shaped Birds of Paradise blossom resembles a bird in flight and is one of the few flowers actually pollinated by birds' feet. The name Heliconia honors Mt. Heliconia, home of the ancient Greek gods. There are between 250-400 species or more, with 98 percent native to tropical America. The supporting cast in this spectacular bouquet consists of Hawaiian Tri-color Hala leaves and tea leaves.

Hawaiian Tropicals range in length from six inches to six feet and in tone from the deepest coral to the richest orange which translates to an unsurpassed selection of bold lines and vibrant colors to play with when assembling your arrangement!
